Letter to the Mayor

Dear Mr Mayor,

After two hours of waiting for representation at last weeks city council meeting you decided to push our opportunity to speak to next months meeting (A second time). It is important City Council members take our concerns related to the closure of our beach access seriously. May we remind you that the City chose to approve development on the dune and the right or way without engaging the community leaving us without access to the beach. Access we have had for over 60 years. This of course gives the appearance that the City values development over community.

While we appreciate the challenges you are under with the "Covid economy" we request that you move our meeting to the top of the agenda next meeting so that our members can begin to see the support from those they elected to office.
